FAQ's

• Do I need to be a leader to benefit from the Inner Circle?

  Not at all! If you are an aspiring leader, the Inner Circle will give you a huge head start on the ladder to leadership success.

• When will I get the content for each month?

  We will upload the content by the 15^th of each month and send you an email to let you know.

• How can I be featured in an interview?

  Have you got an interesting story to tell as a leader? We would love to hear it. Get in touch with us ros@shapingchange.com.au and we will have a chat.

• Can I join the Facebook group without being a member?

  No, the Facebook group is a closed group for current members. (Should your membership lapse, we will have to take you out of the group).

• Can I get help if I get “stuck” implementing something?

  Sure, that is what the Facebook group is all about. Post your issues and get the conversation going! We will be dropping into the group regularly to answer questions and give you tips.

• How long will I have access to the content?

  You will have ongoing access for as long as the product is offered. If the decision is made to discontinue this product, you will be notified and given the opportunity to download the content.

• What if I change my mind after I join?

  In your first month, if you decide that the Shaping Change Inner Circle is really not for you and let us know within that 30 days, we will refund you in full. Following that first month, if you decide to cancel just log into your PayPal account and stop your subscription.

• How do I pay for my membership?

  When you sign up, you will be directed to PayPal where you will provide your payment details and agree to have your card debited monthly. All the money side is taken care of via PayPal.

• Can I share my membership with my team?

  Your team is going to benefit from your implementing the information you receive as part of the Inner Circle, however, membership is just for one person. If you want to share the benefits with other people, we would love to have them join us and receive their own login and password. Although it can be tempting, it is stealing if you let other people use your login details.

• What if I don't have a PayPal account?

  A PayPal account is easy to set up. When you subscribe you will be taken to PayPal and given the option of setting up an account. You will need an account to pay monthly, but if you really don’t want a PayPal account there is the option of paying for 12 months membership using your credit card. (Note that this is still processed through PayPal, but an account is not required.)
