Authentic Leadership – Your Way

About the Program

Imagine if you could accelerate your learning and growth by being a part of mastermind specifically engineered for established leaders just like you.

The “Transforming Leaders” Guided Reflective Practice is far from being a conventional leadership program. Unparalleled in its design, it serves leaders who are already well-versed and experienced in their field over a period of 12 months, aptly guiding them through expansive self-development and self-examination, stimulating discussion, and phenomenal growth both personally and professionally.

Does this sound like you?

    • You’re ready for the next step in your development, but you don’t feel that another leadership conference or small program will facilitate the growth you’re looking for
    • You’d like to spend time establishing deep connections and authentic relationships with other leaders as together, you reflect on and learn from your experiences together
    • You crave an open and safe forum where you can exchange ideas with others who’ve walked in your shoes and who can help you explore new solutions
    • You want to be held accountable to your leadership goals so that you can take bigger action steps that lead to bigger successes
    • You would like to discover your own genuine leadership style and voice as well as define your leadership purpose

If so, then “Transforming Leaders” can help you in the next stage of your leadership journey.

Over a 12 month period, you will meet 8 times with a small group of leaders (there will only be 3-5 participants in each program), to deeply explore your leadership learning and effectively implement what you have learned in the past. You will also gain powerful new insights from each theme-based session which will cover a variety of topics such as social motives, human instincts, emotional intelligence, learning styles, communication, and more.

Between sessions, you will work on implementing an action plan that you will then discuss with your peers, sharing successes as well as challenges. By doing so and holding each other to account, you will support each other in making powerful change.

But that’s not all. You’ll also receive:

    • Unlimited access to selected resources - articles, tools and templates, or referrals from our library where relevant so that you’re equipped with the knowledge you need to reach your full potential
    • Support via email and through the closed Facebook group between sessions so that you can overcome hurdles in real time and expedite your learning curve
    • Access to 1 on 1 coaching at $150 per hour (normally $550 per hour) to up-level you to new heights
    • 12 months of free access to the Shaping Change Inner Circle as a premium member (Value: $684), an exclusive membership network for leaders where you’ll have access to curated, game-changing content that will accelerate your growth by leaps and bounds

    Key Diagnostics

We will be exploring learning styles, leadership behaviour, motives, and emotional intelligence and we will utilise key diagnostics to provide you with powerful insights.

MSCEIT (Mayer, Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test)

While there are many approaches to emotional intelligence and how to measure it, the MSCEIT is the original, scientific conception. It is based upon more than a decade of research and theorising by psychologists Jack Mayer and Peter Salovey. Mayer and Salovey are the originators of the theory of emotional intelligence. Theirs is an ability model of emotional intelligence and they define emotional intelligence as “the ability to reason with and about emotions”.

    LSI (Life Styles Inventory)

Developed by psychologist Dr. J. Clayton Lafferty over 30 years ago, the Human Synergistics Circumplex provides a way to “see” what drives human thinking, behaviour and performance - at the individual, leadership, group and organisational levels. It breaks down the factors underlying performance into 12 ways or “styles” of thinking, behaving and interacting that are arranged in a circular manner, based on their similarity. The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) identifies the underlying thoughts and motivations that guide an individual's behaviour. Often referred to as personal styles, management styles and leadership styles, these represent the essence of an individual's effectiveness.

    Social Motives

Motives are powerful drivers of our behaviour, and along with values, are key to deeply understanding ourselves. In the 1960s, David McClelland built on the work of Abraham Maslow by identifying three motivators that we all have. McClelland’s work predicts that, regardless of our gender, culture, or age, we all have three motivating drivers, and one of these will be our dominant motivating driver. This dominant motivator is largely dependent on our culture and life experiences.
